1st Acuvenas, LLC (“1st Acuvenas,” “we,” “us”), established January 1, 2026, operates www.1stacuvenas.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how it’s used.
Information We Collect
Free Infrastructure Scan. The scan itself asks only about your organization’s internal processes, never about patients, clients, diagnoses, or any protected health information. If you choose to enter your email at the end of the scan to receive your results, we collect your name, email address, and your scan responses (your selected answers to the 15 process-related questions).
Booking a call. When you book a Results Review or Operational Diagnostic through our scheduling tool, we collect the information you provide at booking: your name, email, organization name, role, payer types served, and any other details you choose to share to help us prepare for the call.
Payment. If you book and pay for the Operational Diagnostic, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security practices.
Connect Form and the 1st Acuvenas Network
Through the Connect form and the 1st Acuvenas Network, we may collect information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, email, phone, organization, location, professional title, specialty, work preferences, resume, professional experience, organizational needs, and messages.
This information may be used to respond to your inquiries; evaluate your participation in the 1st Acuvenas Network; identify potentially relevant professional, organizational, partnership, or business opportunities; communicate with you regarding those opportunities; and maintain reasonable business records.
Information submitted through the Network and any uploaded resumes are not publicly displayed. 1st Acuvenas does not sell submitted personal information.
How We Use This Information
- To send you your Infrastructure Scan results, if you request them.
- To prepare for and conduct your Results Review or Operational Diagnostic session.
- To process payment for paid services.
- To follow up about services you’ve expressed interest in.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
This site relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- LandingSite (aifeatures.dev form service) (scan results email delivery)
Data Retention
We retain scan results and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and maintain business records, and delete it upon request where feasible.
Your Choices
You may decline to enter your email after taking the scan. The scan itself works fully without it. You may request that we delete information we hold about you by contacting admin@1stacuvenas.com.
