By using www.1stacuvenas.com, you agree to these terms. 1st Acuvenas, LLC was established January 1, 2026, and operates this website and the services described below.
The Free Infrastructure Scan
The scan is a free, self-reported assessment tool. Results are based entirely on the answers you provide and are intended as a general starting point for conversation, not a certified audit, compliance determination, or guarantee of any kind.
1st Acuvenas Network
By submitting information to the 1st Acuvenas Network, you acknowledge and agree that doing so:
- does not guarantee employment, placement, engagement, partnership, or opportunity;
- does not create an employment relationship with 1st Acuvenas;
- does not mean credentials, licenses, references, or background information have been independently verified unless explicitly stated; and
- does not replace an organization’s own hiring, credentialing, licensing, compliance, or due-diligence responsibilities.
Booking Free and Paid Sessions
- Results Review (free, 15 minutes) requires no payment.
- Operational Diagnostic ($750, 90 minutes, “Founding Client Rate”) requires payment at the time of booking, processed via Stripe.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
The $750 fee for the Operational Diagnostic is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable, reflecting the dedicated preparation time and reserved 90-minute session associated with each booking.
You may reschedule your session one time at no additional charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and no-shows, will forfeit the session fee; a new booking and payment will be required to schedule a new session.
If a genuine emergency prevents you from providing 48 hours’ notice, contact admin@1stacuvenas.com. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
What the Diagnostic Includes
The Operational Diagnostic includes a 90-minute working session and a written report with recommendations, delivered within 5 business days of the session. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or compliance certification advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional in those fields where applicable.
Intellectual Property
The written Diagnostic report is prepared for your organization’s internal use. 1st Acuvenas, LLC retains ownership of its underlying methodology, frameworks, and the Infrastructure Scan tool itself.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. 1st Acuvenas, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
